Exchanges

At TOYBAH, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our fragrances. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only.
  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The perfume must be unused or only lightly tested.
  • The packaging must be intact and in reputable condition.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit if the item is no longer available.

Please retain your proof of purchase (till slip) when requesting an exchange.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Used, damaged, or incomplete products

    • Items marked Sale

    • Personalised or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at hello@toybah.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Perfume Pump & Leakage Policy

  • If a perfume bottle leaks or the pump stops functioning, we will gladly replace the bottle or repair the pump free of charge.
  • Bottles must be returned to the store or sent back to our facility in their original condition for assessment.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be provided for bottles that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The standard processing time for pump replacements or bottle issues is 7–10 working days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs .
