We ship throughout South Africa using reputable courier services. TOYBAH is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Your order will be shipped within 3-7 working days once payment has been confirmed.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
